Introduction

Thank you for visiting AutoLogos.com. Please read these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy carefully, as you must agree to both documents in order to be permitted to use our Service.

Definitions

Throughout this Agreement, we may use certain words or phrases, and it is important that you understand the meaning of them. The list is not all-encompassing and no definition should be considered binding to the point that it renders this Agreement nonsensical:

“Agreement” refers to these Terms of Service;

“AutoLogos.com” refers to our company, known as “Datamotive, Inc. D.B.A. Autologos.com”;

“Service” refers to the services that we provide through our Site.

“User” refers to anyone who uses our Service, including general visitors to our Site;

“You” refers to you, the person and / or organization that you represent who is entering into this Agreement with AutoLogos.com.

Originality

AutoLogos.com provides logos exclusively to automotive companies. Therefore, we are more likely to create logos that meet the expectations of the majority of our customers at a below market price. That said, some buyers might be looking for 100% unique designs that do not utilize any stock artwork or common fonts. It is recommended that buyers in those cases work with vendors other than AutoLogos.com.

Refund Policy

AutoLogos.com guarantees 100% complete satisfaction with your automotive logo under the following conditions:

Depending on the package you select, AutoLogos.com will send one, two, or three initial logo concepts. At our discretion, we might offer to send additional logo concepts as well.

To qualify for a refund:

a. You must not accept the logo concepts if you are not satisfied.
b. You must not proceed to the revision stage of the process.
c. You must not request the source files.
d. You must request the refund within 30 days of receiving the logo concepts.

To request a refund, please do one of the following:

a. Please let the designer sending the files know that you are not happy with the logo concept/s and that you would like a refund.
b. Send an email requesting a refund to [email protected].
c. Use our Contact form to request a refund at https://autologos.com/contact

Please Note: Buyers must receive an email reply for the cancellation request. Buyers that do not receive a reply email within 24 hours should call us at (888) 321-8467.

How the refund will be processed:

The money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 business days for the money to appear in your account.

Copyright

All designs will remain the exclusive copyright of AutoLogos.com until the final version of the logo is accepted and source files are sent to the buyer. At that time, 100% ownership of the logos will be transferred to the buyer.

AutoLogos.com does not claim or warrant that the logos designed are unique in any way. AutoLogos.com uses royalty free and / or licensed fonts, stock vector resources, etc. available from commercial stock graphics firms such as Shutterstock.com, Dreamstime, Google Fonts, etc. Although we utilize a vast range of automotive specific logo assets, many of these assets such as car shapes, tachometers, gears, and fonts are utilized repeatedly. Buyers should expect that their logos might look look similar to other automotive businesses.

Copyright Infringement

AutoLogos.com is careful to use only licensed or royalty free, vector graphics and fonts in our logos. If the buyer believes the logo design or assets utilized violates any existing copyright or trademark, AutoLogos.com will replace the font or graphics with an alternate choice. AutoLogos.com will also investigate the complaint and if validated, we will remove the infringing asset from any further use. In any case, the buyer will not hold AutoLogos.com legally responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement.

Communication

Please note that all communication and correspondence with the buyer will be through email. It is important that the buyer is careful to sign up for the service with a valid email address. Any buyer that signs up for the service and does not receive an initial welcome email within 24 hours should contact AutoLogos.com at [email protected].

Amendments

We may amend our Terms of Service from time to time. When we amend our Terms of Service, we will update this page accordingly.
